Utilising a mix of Charlotte Mason, child-led learning, flipped learning, Socratic method, unit studies, unschooling, and more, we're happy to find what works for your family, creating a framework to suit your individualised needs. We'll meet over video chat to answer questions, brainstorm, provide resources and guidance.

How it works

Beforehand we'll send you an email to better understand what it is you're looking for so we can set goals for our time. During the call we’ll discuss your goals and any barriers, all the while figuring out how to take your schooling to where you want it to be.

Time

We offer time increments from 30 minutes to two hours. If you have a single, specific question pertaining to queer studies, 30 minutes should be enough. If you’re new to home educating, want to talk through a radical change for the way you’re working, or need a thorough plan for something, we’ll likely recommend two hours or more. As part of our initial email, we’ll get a read on what will work best for your particular need and make a recommendation. We charge $60 for 30 minutes, $100 for an hour, and $175 for two hours.

What you’ll receive

During the call you’ll be able to ask questions about home educating, queering your life, and more, taking advantage of our wealth of knowledge and background. After the call we’ll send you an email with notes and recommendations based on our discussion to help on your path forward, outlining steps to help you towards your goal.

Please note: we cannot provide legal guidance, nor guidance on home education laws in any country. While we may recommend resources or curricula, we will not provide comprehensive lesson plans, complete curriculum or book lists. These consultations are intended to help you read the map and find the correct path, not walk it for you.
